Returns - Request for non-defective returns for any item must be made within one (1) day after the receipt of the goods from the freight carrier. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. Specifically for Gallery Items - Returns or cancellations are not permitted for this Item once payment is received by Isabella Adams. All pieces sold from “The Gallery Section” are made to order by Isabella and her Artisans requiring extensive cost & time. As such the final product produced and delivered by Isabella Adams is FINAL.

The images used in The Gallery Section are representative of the piece/item that you are purchasing. Since each piece is made by hand for each individual order using many natural components the FINAL product that you receive will NOT look exactly the same as the images seen in this section. The piece that you receive will be made based on and inspired by the images shown in “The Gallery Section” with the Artist and/ or Artisans having exercised artistic discretion as required & necessary.
